Weight (only if you explicitly save a weight entry in the app)

WE DO NOT COLLECT, STORE, OR TRANSMIT YOUR HEALTH DATA to our servers
WE DO NOT SELL, SHARE, OR USE YOUR HEALTH DATA for advertising or marketing
All health data remains on your device or within Apple/Google's secure systems
We have NO access to your health data outside of what you see in the app

3. LOCAL DATA STORAGE

All data you enter into this app is stored EXCLUSIVELY on your device:

User profile (age, height, weight, gender, activity level, goals)
Food logs and meal diary entries
Exercise logs and workout sessions
Progress photos (stored in device Documents directory)
Custom foods, exercises, and HIIT workouts
Health data displayed in the app (cached locally for performance)
